Netixite Managed Networks Services
Netixite Managed Networks is available in Core, Plus, and Premium plans, depending on the level of monitoring, maintenance, reporting, review, and support your business requires. From essential network oversight to more frequent health checks and advanced service reviews, our plans are designed to help improve network stability, reduce avoidable downtime, and support business growth. Customers on Netixite Managed Networks plans also receive discounted Netixite RemoteFix and OnsiteFix services when hands-on support or additional technical work is required. Netixite Managed Networks service applies to approved network infrastructure and appliances that are supported under a valid Netixite Managed Networks plan. Firewall security policies, IPS, IDS, threat protection, and security hardening are delivered through Guardixite. Full server administration, backup infrastructure, virtual machine management, and cloud infrastructure services are delivered through Cloudixite other relevant specialist service area. Netixite Managed Networks supports the network connectivity layer of these environments, including VLANs, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, rack connectivity, virtual networking, and network performance.
