Prices shown are fixed labour fees for the listed service durations and are not hourly rates. The initial time estimate helps identify the most suitable service option. If the service takes longer than expected, the final labour fee is calculated using the next service duration that covers the actual time required.

All services are provided under the ARLI GEEKS Terms & Conditions. By booking, approving, using, or paying for this service, you agree to the ARLI GEEKS Terms & Conditions and any applicable quote, proposal, service schedule, or written agreement.
Pricing Example
If the Netixite-RemoteFix-2H service is booked but the work takes 3.5 hours, the Netixite-RemoteFix-4H service duration will apply. The Netixite-RemoteFix-4H fee will be used to calculate the total pro-rata charge for the actual 3.5 hours completed. In this example, the Netixite-RemoteFix-4H fee is $520.00, which equals a pro-rata rate of $130.00 per hour. Therefore, the total fee payable for 3.5 hours will be $455.00 ex GST. Since the RemoteFix-Quick fee has already been paid, it will be credited against the final fee. The remaining amount payable will be $370.00 plus GST.
How it Works
Our service for every support request starts with a quick remote triage "RemoteFix-Quick" so we can understand the issue, confirm whether it can be handled remotely, or recommend an onsite appointment if required. You only pay the applicable fixed service fee shown in our pricing table below. The fee paid for RemoteFix-Quick will be deducted from the final payable amount if you proceed with the recommended service.
