Projects are delivered through our specialist service areas, so each project can be scoped and priced based on the type of work, required expertise, complexity, and estimated delivery time.
How Project Work is Different
Project work is different from on-demand and managed services as it is based on a planned outcome, rather than just a support request or ongoing maintenance. On-demand & managed services apply to the environment and technologies that are currently in place and generally cover fixing problems.
Project services cover technologies, platforms, or services that are not currently in place. These are new solutions that will be added to support business functionality. Project services are priced differently because they require planning, scoping, preparation, implementation, testing, documentation, risk management, and handover.Unlike on-demand support, project work is usually scheduled in advance and may involve multiple systems, users, locations, vendors, or technical dependencies.

Project Pricing
Project services are priced based on the type of work, project size, complexity, required deliverables, and expected delivery timeframe. For smaller, clearly defined project tasks, fixed project blocks may be available for 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or 1 day.
These prices are fixed labour fees for the listed project duration and are not hourly rates. Longer project blocks include a built-in discount. Larger projects that require more than one day, such as multi-day, weekly, or monthly projects, will be quoted separately after assessment. Depending on the project, the quote may be provided as a fixed project fee, staged milestone pricing, or a scheduled delivery plan. Once the project scope and quote are approved, the agreed fee applies to the approved scope of work.
If the customer changes the scope, adds new requirements, increases the number of users, devices, locations, systems, or integrations, or requests extra work outside the approved scope, a variation quote will be provided for approval before the additional work continues. Hardware, software, licences, subscriptions, third-party services, materials, travel costs, and onsite expenses are not included in project labour fees and will be quoted separately where required.
