Guardixite Managed Security Services
Guardixite Managed Security is available in Core, Plus, and Premium plans, depending on the level of review, monitoring, reporting, security recommendations, and support your business requires. From essential security oversight to more frequent checks, stronger visibility, and advanced security reviews, our plans are designed to help reduce avoidable risk, improve security posture, and support ongoing business protection. Customers on Guardixite Managed Security plans also receive discounted Guardixite RemoteFix and OnsiteFix services when hands-on security support or additional technical work is required.
Guardixite Managed Security applies to approved security controls, users, devices, firewalls, endpoint protection tools, email security settings, identity and access controls, VPN and remote access systems, and related security areas included under a valid Guardixite Managed Security plan. General IT support, device support, Microsoft 365 user support, and day-to-day IT operations are delivered through Techixite where required. Network connectivity, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, cabling support, and IP telephony are delivered through Netixite where required. Cloud infrastructure, server infrastructure, virtualisation, backup infrastructure, and cloud migration are delivered through Cloudixite where required. Security tooling, licences, subscriptions, third-party platforms, remediation projects, incident response, forensic investigation, and compliance-specific work are quoted separately unless expressly included in the selected plan or approved quote.
