Prices shown are fixed labour fees for the listed service durations. The initial time estimate helps identify the most suitable service option. If the service takes longer than expected, the final fee is calculated using the next service duration that covers the actual time required.

All services are provided under the ARLI GEEKS Terms & Conditions. By booking, approving, using, or paying for this service, you agree to the ARLI GEEKS Terms & Conditions and any applicable quote, proposal, service schedule, or written agreement.
Pricing Example
If the Guardixite RemoteFix-2H service is booked initially but the work takes 3.5 hours, the Guardixite RemoteFix-4H service duration will apply. The Guardixite RemoteFix-4H fee will be used to calculate the total pro-rata charge for the actual 3.5 hours completed. The Guardixite RemoteFix-4H fee is $660.00, which equals a pro-rata rate of $165.00 per hour. Therefore, the total fee payable for 3.5 hours will be $577.50 ex GST. Since the RemoteFix-Quick fee has already been paid, it will be credited against the final fee. The remaining amount payable will be $467.50 plus GST.
How it Works
Every Guardixite On-Demand support request starts with a quick remote triage through RemoteFix-Quick. This helps us understand the issue, assess the urgency, confirm whether the task can be handled remotely, or recommend an onsite appointment.
You only pay the applicable fixed service fee shown in our pricing table below. If you proceed with the recommended RemoteFix or OnsiteFix service, the fee paid for RemoteFix-Quick will be credited against the final payable labour fee.
