After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute blocks: $39* for Home IT and $45* for Business IT. We always check with you first.
There's no call-out fee within our onsite service area across Greater Western Sydney. Travel outside the area is quoted before you book.
Business support plans are quoted to suit your team, based on your users, devices and the support you need.
Working out the problem and fixing it. Most jobs are finished within the first hour.
