Website and Digital Marketing work is planned with you by phone or video call. For laptop, email and account problems, we can usually help in a secure remote session that only starts with your permission. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings or results. We focus on proven steps, like your Google Business Profile, reviews and local SEO. Our Digital Marketing packages include a monthly report and a call to go through it.
No. Ads are optional. You can start with a one-off Google Profile Setup, or ongoing help with your profile, reviews and local SEO. If ads make sense later, ad spend is paid separately, directly by you to Google or Meta.
