No, it's optional. Once your website is paid in full, the domain, the content and the finished site are yours. Website Care is there if you'd like us to keep it updated and secure.
DNS settings point your domain name to your website and email. Email security records are extra settings that help show your emails really come from your business. Both are part of our Domain & Email setup.
For bigger updates, we'll quote the work first and only start once you approve it, so you always know the cost before anything changes.
Website Care is a monthly plan with a clear starting price, and Domain & Email setup is priced separately. All prices include GST. See our prices.
