For small businesses with staff, devices and customers to look after. We help with IT support, Microsoft 365 and email, networks and network security, IT health checks and your website, so your team can get on with the job.
Common IT Needs for Small Teams
When tech gets in the way, the whole team feels it. Here are common issues we can help small businesses sort out.
Staff Can't Sign In
Locked accounts, password resets and sign-in prompts that stop people working.
Email Playing Up
Missing emails, full mailboxes, or messages landing in junk instead of the inbox.
New Starters and Leavers
Accounts and devices ready for new staff, and access removed when someone leaves.
Wi-Fi That Drops Out
Patchy office Wi-Fi, an ageing router, or guests on the same network as staff.
Security Worries
Suspicious emails, weak passwords and computers that are behind on updates.
Backups Nobody Checks
Backups that were set up once and never tested, or files saved on a single PC.
Your Business Tech, Looked After
We look after the everyday tech your business runs on, from staff accounts and email to your network, security and website. We can work alongside your current IT provider or take over support, whichever suits you. Every job is quoted upfront, and we document what we do.
Why One Team Makes It Simpler
- One team to call for IT, networks, email and your website.
- Every job is quoted upfront, and extra time is only added with your approval.
- Clear notes on what we did and why, so nothing is a mystery.
- Honest advice and no upselling, just what your business actually needs.
Examples of How We Can Help
These are illustrative examples of how we work, not real customer stories.
Getting a New Staff Member Ready
A small business might have someone new starting soon and nothing ready for them. We would set up their email account, prepare their computer, give them access to shared files and calendars, and turn on secure sign-in. If someone has left, we would remove their access securely as well.
Office Wi-Fi Keeps Dropping Out
A team might keep losing its connection while visitors use the same Wi-Fi as staff. We would start with a remote check of the router and settings, then explain the options, such as a business firewall and separate staff and guest networks, with the price before any work starts.
Not Sure the Backups Work
An owner might not know when the backups or updates were last checked. We would start with an IT health check, a clear review of systems, security and backups, and explain what needs attention in plain language. If ongoing help makes sense, we can quote a monthly support plan.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
Every situation is a little different. Tell us what's going on and we'll suggest a sensible next step, with the price first.
How We Support Your Team
We help remotely wherever we can, and arrange on-site help when the work needs hands-on assistance.
Remote Help
If it's software, email, accounts or settings, we can usually help in a secure remote session. Sessions only start with your permission, and your staff can watch every step and end the session at any time. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.
