For clubs, associations and volunteer-run groups. We help with shared email, a simple website, the laptops and printers your group uses, and keeping accounts with the group when volunteers and committees change.
Common Tech Needs for Community Groups
Volunteers have limited time, and tech often falls to whoever knows a bit. Here's what we can help with.
Email When Roles Change
Group email tied to a volunteer's personal account, and hard to hand over.
Shared Inbox and Calendar
A shared mailbox and calendar so the committee can see what's coming up.
An Out-of-Date Website
Old event details, or a site nobody knows how to update.
Logins Held by One Person
Passwords for the website, domain or email held by a past volunteer.
Shared Laptops and Printers
A shared laptop or printer that's slow, out of date or won't connect.
Suspicious Emails
Messages pretending to be from the committee, or links that don't look right.
Practical Help for Groups Run by Volunteers
We help your group set up email, a website and devices so they belong to the group, not to one volunteer. We explain things in plain language, leave written notes for the next person, and give you a clear price before any work starts, so your committee can decide.
Help That Stays With the Group
- Accounts set up in your group's name, so they're easier to hand over.
- Written notes for the next volunteer, so nothing is a mystery.
- A clear price before any work starts, ready for your committee.
- Open 7 days, 7am–10pm, including weekends, when volunteers have time.
Ways We Could Help Your Group
These are illustrative examples of how we work, not real customer stories.
Handing Over the Group's Email
A long-serving secretary might be stepping down while the group's email sits in their personal account. We would set up email in the group's own account, move messages across where possible, add a shared mailbox for the committee and leave notes so the next person can take over.
A Website Nobody Can Update
A club's website might have been built by a past volunteer, and nobody has the logins. We would help find out where the domain and website are held and how to regain access where possible, then explain the options, from a refresh to a new simple site, with a quote the committee can review.
Emails Pretending to Be the Committee
Members might receive emails that look like they come from the committee, asking for payment. We would check the group's email accounts, change passwords, turn on secure sign-in and check the domain's email security records, then explain how members can spot fake messages.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
Every situation is a little different. Tell us what's going on and we'll suggest a sensible next step, with the price first.
Help That Fits Around Volunteers
We help remotely wherever we can, and arrange on-site help when the work needs hands-on assistance.
Remote Help
Email, website and account work can usually be done remotely, so volunteers don't need to meet up. Remote sessions only start with your permission, and you can watch every step and end the session at any time. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.

Quick answers for community groups about costs, handovers and ownership.
See our prices for current rates. Every job is quoted upfront, so your committee can see the price and approve it before any work starts. If you're not sure which rate applies, we'll confirm it first.
Yes. We can add new users, securely remove people who have left, set up shared mailboxes and calendars, and leave written notes so the next volunteer knows how things are set up.
Your group does. Once a website is paid in full, the domain, content and finished site are yours. Microsoft 365 licences are set up in your own account, so you stay in control of billing and your data.
Call 1300 59 00 55, 7 days, 7am–10pm, email info@arligeeks.com or send an enquiry. Let us know who the main contact for your group is, and we'll reply with next steps or a quote.
