For new businesses getting ready to launch. We help you set up a domain and business email, a professional website, secure laptops and accounts, and backups, so you start with a setup that can grow with you.
What a New Business Needs to Set Up
There's a lot to organise when you start a business. These are the tech basics we can help you get right.
A Domain and Business Email
An email address on your own domain, rather than a personal account.
A Professional Website
A clear, mobile-friendly site that explains what you do and how to get in touch.
Choosing the Right Plans
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and which licences you actually need.
Laptops Ready to Work
New computers set up with your accounts, email and security from the start.
Security From the Start
Secure sign-in, updates and safe sharing settings turned on early.
Being Found by Customers
Showing up when local customers search for what you offer.
Your Tech and Online Basics, Sorted
We help you set up the basics: your domain and email, your website, your laptops and accounts, and your backups. Accounts are set up in your name, and you get a clear quote before any work begins. If you plan to sell online, we build online stores too, and we can add new starters as you grow.
A Solid Start Without the Guesswork
- One team for your website, email, devices and Digital Marketing.
- Licences and accounts set up in your name, so you stay in control.
- A clear quote before any work begins, so you can plan your budget.
- Once your website is paid in full, the domain, content and site are yours.
How We Could Help You Start
These are illustrative examples of how we work, not real customer stories.
Launching With a Website and Email
A founder might have a business name and a domain, but no website or business email yet. We would plan a simple website with them by phone or video, set up email on their domain with secure sign-in, and connect it to their phone and laptop, with a clear quote before work begins.
Getting New Laptops Ready to Use
A new business might buy laptops and not be sure how to set them up securely. We would set up their accounts and email, turn on secure sign-in and updates, set up automatic backups and explain what we've done in plain language.
Growing From Founders to a Team
A startup might be about to take on staff and need its setup to grow with it. We would help choose the right licences, set up new starters with email and devices, and add shared mailboxes and calendars so everyone can work together.

Planned With You, Wherever You Are
We help remotely wherever we can, and arrange on-site help when the work needs hands-on assistance.
Remote Help
Websites and Digital Marketing are planned with you by phone or video call. Email, accounts and software can usually be set up in a secure remote session, which only starts with your permission. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.

It depends on your plans. A domain and business email are often a good place to start, then your website. Tell us what you're setting up and we'll suggest an order that makes sense, with the price before any work starts.
Yes. Once your website is paid in full, the domain, content and finished site are yours. Microsoft 365 licences are set up in your own account, and your Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name.
From 1–2 weeks for a Landing Page to 4–6 weeks for larger sites. Timeframes start once we have your content, such as text, images and logins. A deposit starts the work, and the balance is due before your website goes live.
