For medical, dental and allied health practices that look after patient information every day. We help with IT support, networks and Wi-Fi, backups, email security and scam help, so your team can focus on patients.
Common IT Needs for Health Practices
When systems slow down or stop, patients wait and the front desk feels it. Here are common issues we can help practices sort out.
Patient Data Kept Private
Shared logins, screens left open at reception, and access nobody has reviewed.
Phishing and Fake Invoices
Emails pretending to be suppliers, banks or government agencies, asking you to click or pay.
Backups Nobody Has Tested
Nightly backups that have never been test-restored, or no copy kept offsite.
No Plan If Systems Go Down
No written plan for what to do if the internet, server or practice software stops.
Waiting Room Wi-Fi
Free patient Wi-Fi on the same network as reception and consult room computers.
New Staff and Locums
Accounts and computers ready for new practitioners, and access removed when someone leaves.
Your Practice Tech, Looked After
We look after the everyday tech your practice runs on, from reception and consult room computers to your network, email, backups and security. We can work alongside your current IT provider and your practice software vendor, or take over day-to-day support, whichever suits you. Every job is quoted upfront, and we document what we do.
Careful, Clear and Upfront
- One team to call for computers, networks, email, backups and your website.
- Every job is quoted upfront, and extra time is only added with your approval.
- Remote sessions only start with your permission, and your team can watch every step.
- Clear notes on what we did and why, ready for your practice records.
Examples of How We Can Help
These are illustrative examples of how we work, not real customer stories.
Testing the Practice Backups
A practice manager might know the backups run each night, but not whether files could be brought back. We would start with an IT health check, test-restore some files and explain what's covered in plain language. We can also help write down simple recovery steps for your practice records.
Patients and Staff on One Wi-Fi
A clinic might offer free Wi-Fi in the waiting room on the same network as reception and consult room computers. We would start with a remote check of the router and settings, then explain the options, such as a business firewall and separate patient and staff networks, with the price before any work starts.
A Suspicious Email at Reception
Someone at reception might click a link in an email that looks like a supplier invoice. We would check the computer, remove anything harmful, secure the email account and turn on secure sign-in. If bank details or money are involved, we'd urge the practice to contact its bank straight away.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
Every practice is a little different. Tell us what's going on and we'll suggest a sensible next step, with the price first.
How We Support Your Practice
We help remotely wherever we can, and arrange on-site help when the work needs hands-on assistance.
Remote Help
If it's software, email, accounts or settings, we can usually help in a secure remote session, timed around your appointments where possible. Sessions only start with your permission, and your staff can watch every step and end the session at any time. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.

Yes, alongside it. We look after the computers, network, email and backups your practice software relies on. For problems inside the software itself, we can work with your software provider's support team.
We can help put sensible protections and good habits in place, such as secure sign-in, tested backups, separate Wi-Fi and simple written recovery steps, with clear notes for your records. Your practice should confirm its obligations, such as the Privacy Act, the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and accreditation standards, with your regulator, accreditor or adviser.
