For accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers and financial advisers who hold client files, tax file numbers and bank details. We help with IT support, Microsoft 365 and secure sign-in, email scam help, backups and IT health checks, so your team can focus on client work.
Common IT Needs for Professional Firms
Clients trust you with their most sensitive details. Here are common issues we can help accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers and advisers sort out.
Client Files Kept Private
Tax file numbers, ID documents and bank details that need careful storage and sharing.
Bank Detail Change Emails
Requests to pay into a new account, sent from a hacked or look-alike email address.
Secure Sign-In Everywhere
Multi-factor sign-in for email, cloud software and online portals, for every staff member.
Busy Season Slowdowns
Slow computers, scanners and screens that can't keep up when deadlines pile up.
Staff Coming and Going
Access set up for new staff, and removed promptly when someone leaves.
Files Without a Safe Copy
Client files on one PC or a shared drive, with backups nobody has checked.
Your Firm's Tech, Looked After
We look after the everyday tech your firm runs on, from staff accounts and email to secure sign-in, backups and your network. We can work alongside your current IT provider and software vendors, or take over support, whichever suits you. Every job is quoted upfront, and we document what we do.
Discreet, Careful and Clear
- One team to call for IT, email, backups and your website.
- Every job is quoted upfront, and extra time is only added with your approval.
- Remote sessions only start with your permission, and your team can watch every step.
- Honest advice and no upselling, just what your firm actually needs.
How We Could Help Your Firm
These are illustrative examples of how we work, not real customer stories.
Getting Ready for Tax Time
An accounting practice might want its systems checked before the busy tax season. We would start with an IT health check covering updates, backups, secure sign-in and who has access to what. Then we'd explain what needs attention in plain language, with the price before any work starts.
A Request to Change Bank Details
A bookkeeper might get an email, apparently from a client, asking to pay a supplier into a new account. We would check the mailbox for unknown sign-ins or forwarding rules, turn on secure sign-in and suggest a call-back check for any bank detail change. If money has already been sent, we'd urge them to contact their bank straight away.
A Staff Member Leaves
A team member might leave with access to email, client files and cloud software. We would remove their access, change any shared passwords, pass their mailbox and files to the right person, and note what changed for your records.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
Every firm is a little different. Tell us what's going on and we'll suggest a sensible next step, with the price first.
How We Support Your Firm
We help remotely wherever we can, and arrange on-site help when the work needs hands-on assistance.
Remote Help
If it's software, email, accounts or settings, we can usually help in a secure remote session. Sessions only start with your permission, and your staff can watch every step and end the session at any time. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.
