Situations We Can Help With
These are illustrative examples of how we work, not real customer stories.
After a Suspicious Phone Call
Someone might get a call from a person claiming to be from a well-known company and let them onto the computer. We would check the computer, remove anything harmful and help secure their email and accounts. If money or bank details are involved, we'd urge them to contact their bank straight away.
Moving to a New Phone
A grandparent might get a new phone and worry about losing family photos and contacts. We would move their photos, contacts and apps across, check that backups are in place, and go through the basics at their pace, with written notes to keep.
Helping a Parent From a Distance
An adult child living interstate might find their parent's email has stopped working. With the parent's permission, we would connect in a secure remote session while they watch, sort out the email, and explain what we did so the family knows what changed.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
Every situation is a little different. Tell us what's going on and we'll suggest a sensible next step, with the price first.
Friendly Help, Wherever You Are
We help remotely wherever we can, and arrange on-site help when the work needs hands-on assistance.
Remote Help
Many problems can be fixed in a secure remote session. We guide you to start it and talk you through each step, and you can watch everything we do. It only starts with your permission, and you can end it at any time. Remote help is available Australia-wide.
On-Site Help
Where possible, we provide assistance remotely to help you get support efficiently and reduce unnecessary delays. If the work requires hands-on assistance and cannot be completed remotely, we can arrange an on-site technician, subject to availability and your location being within our on-site service area. Our on-site service area covers Greater Western Sydney.
